The Bonarda is a juicy, ripe red with rich black fruit, licorice, blueberry, coconut, dark spices and vanilla smoke. Decant for 1-2 hours. Serve with tomato sauce dishes, ribs or meat casserole.

France – AC Alsace
Beautifully balanced peach, apple, poached pear, baking spice and pumpkin. The wine is tangy, crisp and flavourful, with tremendous intensity and length. Serve with Thai curry or chicken a l’orange.
